What is AverosTV?
AverosTV is a digital TV subscription service designed to work with a range of compatible streaming devices and applications.
Customers can choose a subscription period and the number of simultaneous connections they need before submitting an order online.
How do I order an AverosTV subscription?
Start by visiting our Subscription Plans page.
Choose your preferred subscription period, select the number of connections you need and enter your contact details.
After submitting the order, you’ll receive the next steps using the email address provided during checkout.
What happens after I place my order?
Your order is recorded in our system and you’ll receive confirmation using the email address you provided.
If your order requires a separate secure payment link, we’ll send it to you. Once payment has been confirmed, we’ll provide the information required to get your subscription set up.
Do subscriptions renew automatically?
Unless clearly stated otherwise when you order, our fixed-term subscriptions do not automatically renew.
When your subscription approaches its end, you can choose whether you want to purchase another subscription.
Is anything physically delivered?
No. AverosTV subscriptions are digital.
Subscription and setup information is delivered electronically, so there is no physical product to ship to your address.
Payments
How do I pay for my subscription?
Available payment instructions are provided as part of the ordering process.
Where a separate secure payment link is required, it will be sent to the contact information associated with your order.
Why does my order say “Awaiting Payment”?
This simply means we’ve received your order but payment hasn’t yet been confirmed.
If a payment link is required, follow the instructions sent to you to complete your purchase.
I placed an order but haven’t received the payment information. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder and make sure you entered the correct email address when ordering.
If you still can’t find it, contact support@averostv.uk and include your order number.

Connections
What does “connections” mean?
A connection refers to the number of simultaneous streams permitted under your subscription.
For example, if your subscription includes two connections, it can support up to two simultaneous connections, subject to the terms of your plan.
Can I add more connections?
Choose the number of connections you need when ordering.
If you already have an active subscription and your requirements have changed, contact support and we’ll tell you what options are currently available.
Is one connection the same as one device?
Not necessarily.
A connection generally relates to simultaneous usage, rather than simply the number of devices on which you’ve configured an application.
Your purchased connection allowance determines how many simultaneous connections can be used.
Setup & Technical Questions
How long does setup take?
Setup time depends on the device and application you’re using.
We’ve designed our Setup Guide to make the process as straightforward as possible, with separate instructions for commonly used devices.
Do I need special equipment?
In many cases, you can use a compatible device you already own.
The exact requirements depend on how you want to watch. Check our device compatibility information before ordering if you’re unsure.
Do I need an internet connection?
Yes.
Because AverosTV is an internet-based digital service, a suitable and stable internet connection is required.
Your experience can also be affected by Wi-Fi quality, network congestion, your device and other factors outside AverosTV’s control.
What should I do if something isn’t working?
Start with our Setup Guide, as many common installation and configuration questions are covered there.
If the problem continues, contact our support team and include your order number, device type and a short description of what’s happening.
That information helps us understand the issue more quickly.
