AverosTV subscriptions are intended to be straightforward to use. This Acceptable Use Policy sets out a few rules designed to protect customers, our systems and the reliability of the service.

By using AverosTV, you agree to use the service responsibly and lawfully.

Personal use

Unless we expressly agree otherwise, subscriptions are intended for the customer’s permitted personal use.

Your subscription includes the number of simultaneous connections selected when you placed your order.

You should not intentionally exceed that allowance.

What you must not do

You must not use AverosTV to:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, servers, customer accounts or infrastructure;
• bypass security measures or technical restrictions;
• interfere with the normal operation of the service;
• introduce malware, malicious code or automated attacks;
• fraudulently obtain subscriptions or payment services;
• resell, redistribute or commercially exploit your subscription without authorisation;
• impersonate another customer or provide deliberately false information;
• use our website or services in violation of applicable law.

Protecting your subscription details

Keep any subscription credentials or access information provided to you secure.

If you believe someone has obtained unauthorised access to your subscription information, contact support@averostv.uk as soon as possible.

Multiple connections

If your plan includes multiple connections, you may use up to the number provided with your order.

Purchasing one connection does not entitle you to use an unlimited number of simultaneous devices.

If you need more connections, choose an appropriate plan or contact us.

Excessive or harmful activity

Activity that creates an unreasonable security or technical risk to the service may be restricted while we investigate the issue.

Where reasonably possible, we will try to resolve legitimate usage problems with the customer before taking further action.

Breaches of this policy

If we reasonably determine that a subscription is being used in serious or repeated violation of this policy, we may take proportionate action, including restricting or suspending access.

The action taken will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
